Data Deletion Request – Workbridges

Workbridges values the privacy of its users and companies. You have the right to request deletion of your personal data stored by us. Below is the process to request data removal.

1. Who can submit a request

  • Users and companies with an account on Workbridges.

  • The request must be sent from the registered email address associated with the account.

2. How to submit a request

  1. Send an email to: info@workbridges.nl

  2. Clearly include:

    • Your full name

    • The email address associated with your account

    • Optional brief explanation for requesting data deletion

3. Processing your request

  • Workbridges will review your request carefully in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

  • We verify the identity of the requester before deleting any personal data to prevent misuse.

  • Once your identity is confirmed and the request verified, all personal data will be removed from our systems.

4. Exceptions

  • In some cases, we may retain certain data if legally required (e.g., tax documents, accounting obligations).

  • Data that is no longer linked to your account but has been anonymized for statistical or analytical purposes may be retained.

5. Confirmation

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the data has been successfully deleted.

  • If the request cannot be fully processed, you will receive an explanation and the reason why.
