Terms & Conditions Workbridges

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, bookings, and transactions conducted through Workbridges.
1. General
1.1 Workbridges operates solely as an intermediary platform between Users (persons requesting services) and Companies (service providers).
1.2 The agreement for the performance of a service is concluded exclusively between the User and the Company. Workbridges does not act as a service provider.
1.3 By using Workbridges, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.4 Workbridges reserves the right to modify these terms. Amended terms are binding once published on the platform.
2. Registration and Account
2.1 Only persons 18 years or older may create an account.
2.2 Users and Companies must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
2.3 Companies must provide verification, including Chamber of Commerce number, company address, and identity of contact persons.
2.4 Workbridges reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or delete accounts in case of:

Incomplete or incorrect registration information

Low-quality services or fraudulent behavior

Violation of platform rules or terms
3. Services and Bookings
3.1 Workbridges provides a platform for finding and booking technical services in the Netherlands.
3.2 Users can book services directly or post a job on which Companies can bid.
3.3 Workbridges is not a party to the performance of services. Quality, execution, and safety are entirely the responsibility of the Company.
4. Commissions and Payments
4.1 Workbridges charges a 10% commission on the total booking amount, regardless of whether the Company is a business or freelance provider.
4.2 The User also pays 3 euros booking fee per service.
4.3 User payments are temporarily held by Workbridges and released to the Company’s digital wallet upon proper completion of the service.
4.4 Workbridges may suspend payouts in case of:

Ongoing disputes

Possible fraud
-
Violation of platform terms
4.5 All payments and commissions include VAT according to Dutch law.
5. Liability
5.1 Workbridges is not liable for:

Damages resulting from services performed by Companies

Breach of contract between User and Company
-
Indirect or consequential damages
5.2 Workbridges’ maximum liability is limited to the amount of the relevant booking.
5.3 Users and Companies are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Misuse and Fraud
6.1 In cases of platform misuse, abuse of the refund system, false claims, or fraudulent conduct, Workbridges may:

Suspend or terminate accounts

Temporarily hold wallet balances

Take legal action
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on the platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by Workbridges or used with permission.
7.2 Companies retain ownership of their content but grant Workbridges a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the content for marketing and promotion on the platform.
8. Governing Law
8.1 All agreements and use of Workbridges are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
8.2 Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
9. Payments
Workbridges does not process any order payments. All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a third-party online payment provider. Workbridges is not responsible for any errors, delays, or disputes arising from the payment transaction via Stripe.
10. Cookie Policy
Workbridges uses cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the website and to collect usage statistics.

By using our website, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with this policy. You can block cookies via your browser settings, but this may limit website functionality.
11. Other Provisions
11.1 By using Workbridges, the User agrees to the Refund, Cancellation, and Dispute Policy.
11.2 Workbridges is entitled to modify these terms and publish changes on the platform.
11.3 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain fully in effect.
